Submitting takes about ten minutes. Nothing is published without editorial review, and your address, contact details and photos stay private until a profile is approved.

A real sense of place — a location, a view, a layout or a character worth writing about.
Clear, current photography we have permission to publish.
A booking destination the owner controls or is authorized to represent.

We are not a listing directory and we do not publish everything we receive. A profile on Goldeneye Gulf is editorial work, which is why review takes time.

How verification works

A badge on a property profile describes work that was actually done — nothing more. It is assigned by our editorial desk, never chosen by an owner.

Owner Verified: Property information, booking destination and published media were provided or confirmed by the property owner or an authorized manager. Goldeneye Gulf has not necessarily completed an on-site editorial visit.
Goldeneye Gulf Visited: A Goldeneye Gulf representative visited this property. The profile may include dated firsthand observations and original photography from that visit.
Goldeneye Gulf Audited: Goldeneye Gulf completed a fuller evaluation of the property experience and its surrounding area — accuracy, amenities, guest fit, neighborhood context and relevant nearby places.

Booking, payment, availability and cancellation terms are handled by the linked property owner, manager or booking platform. Goldeneye Gulf is not the booking provider.

The Goldeneye Gulf editorial visit

Some properties are eventually visited in person. A visit means firsthand observation and usually original photography, and it is described plainly in the profile and in any story that comes out of it — including how the visit was arranged.

Questions owners ask

Does submitting guarantee that my property will be published?: No. Every submission is reviewed editorially, and we publish only what we can stand behind. We will tell you either way.
What does it cost?: Nothing. Submitting a property does not create a charge, and there is no payment step in this form.
Is my address published?: No. We ask for the exact address so we can verify the property. It is stored privately. Your public profile shows only the level of location detail you choose, and anything more precise than a general area is confirmed with you first.
Who handles bookings?: Booking, payment, availability and cancellation terms are handled by the linked property owner, manager or booking platform. Goldeneye Gulf is not the booking provider.
What happens to my photos?: They are stored privately. Nothing is published until a profile is approved, and permission to publish is not a transfer of copyright — your images remain yours.
Can I ask you to visit?: You can tell us you are open to it. Interest does not guarantee a visit, coverage or any particular designation, and visit details are always agreed separately.
Can I withdraw my property later?: Yes. Contact the desk with your submission reference and we will remove it from review, or unpublish an approved profile.
How long does review take?: We review in the order submissions arrive. We are a small editorial desk, so we ask for patience rather than promising a date we cannot keep.
