Goldeneye Gulf is operated by Goldeneye Media LLC. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may read, browse, bookmark, print for yourself and share links to our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote a short passage with clear attribution and a link back to the page it came from.

Goldeneye Media LLC owns, or licenses, the original editorial writing on this site, the site's design and visual identity, the way the site is organised and presented, our databases and their structure, our category and attribute systems, our curated collections and guides, our own photographs and graphics, and the software we wrote to run it. Those are protected by copyright and other laws, and the selection and arrangement of the information is itself ours even where individual facts are not.

Business, venue, event and organisation names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here for identification only. Plain facts — an address, a date, an opening time, an organiser's published schedule — are not claimed by us. Photographs, media-kit images and other material we use under licence remain the property of the photographer, organiser or rights holder credited on the page, and our licence does not pass to you. Material you send us stays yours, subject only to the permissions you actually gave us.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• scrape or crawl the site to extract data, download it in bulk, harvest it with automated tools, or extract or reconstruct our databases;
• copy whole profiles, guides, collections or listing sets, or republish, resell, syndicate, license or otherwise commercially reuse our content or structured data;
• use our content or structured data to build, populate, train, enrich or benchmark a competing directory, publication or database, a commercial AI product, a machine-learning dataset, or a generative-AI service;
• work around access controls, try to reach private submissions, unpublished records or staff information, interfere with the site's security or integrity, or run bots in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.

Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines is welcome and is not restricted by this section.

If you send us a listing, a property submission, a correction, a photograph or any other material, you confirm that it is accurate as far as you know and that you have the right to send it and to grant the permissions described in the form or agreement you used at the time. Those existing permissions, image authorisations and privacy protections continue to govern your submission; nothing here changes, widens or overrides them, and we do not claim any right in your material beyond what you granted. We are not obliged to publish anything submitted, and we may edit for accuracy, length and style.

We verify details against official sources and update them when we learn of a change, but events, businesses, destinations, availability, prices, hours, menus, access and closures change constantly and often without notice, and much of this information comes from third parties such as operators and event organisers. Confirm anything that matters — a drive, a booking, an accessibility need, a closing time, a schedule — directly with the business or authority before relying on it. Nothing here is professional, legal, safety, medical or financial advice.

We link to businesses, official agencies, ticketing and booking systems and maps that we do not control. A link is not an endorsement of that operator's terms, safety, availability or conduct, and any booking, ticket or purchase you make is a transaction between you and them. We are not responsible for what happens on those services.

We are not the organiser, owner, operator, agent or official representative of the businesses, venues, events or tourism organisations we cover, unless a relationship is expressly disclosed on the page.
